Jill Bish - Director of Catering and Convention Services
Fearless leader, Jill, supports her team to help create memorable moments through exceptional service and fabulous food. Her dedication to anticipating guests’ needs and providing answers to questions before they are asked allows the Radisson Catering team to create the best experience possible. Jill’s over 20 years of experience have taught her that if there is a will, there is a way.
Jill loves the Gyro and Dips & Chips Stations from the Radisson Catering Strolling Stations menus.
Derrick Ricca, CHSP - Senior Sales Manager
A classic character around the Radisson, Derrick is as consistent and passionate as they come. He has booked over 6,000 events ranging from corporate meetings to celebratory parties in his over 20 years at the Radisson and genuinely enjoyed every relationship built along the way. Derrick loves cooking which helps him stay up to date on catering questions when booking events.
Derrick’s favorite Radisson Catering meal is the Braised Short Ribs. They are “awesome” and “never let him down!”
John Mendles - Executive Chef of Banquets and Catering, Greenleaf Hospitality Group
John’s passion for developing a successful, customer-oriented culinary team is evident in every event his team touches. He’s focused on creating a world class dining experience for guests and thrives off the success of his team in doing so. John has been with Greenleaf Hospitality Group for 10 years, spending the last five in his current role of Executive Chef of Banquets and Catering.
John like’s the concept of featuring local products, making the Pure Michigan buffet his favorite.
